Yes, everyone has rules. These are pretty much just the basic rules that most TCGs have. However, be sure you read through them, even if you are familliar with them.
the rules : trading post
You are required to have a trading post for you to participate here at Ivalice. On this trading post, you must have a link back to Ivalice, your level badge, and a detailed trade log. This trade log must include exatly where you received what card, along with the exact date you received it on.
If you need somewhere to create your trading post at, check out Geocites or another free web hosting provider. Myspace and xanga, or any sites like those will not be accepted -- though LiveJournal will be.
the rules : joining
Please do not use a nickname like "fnlfntsylvr71247" or "IlUvBaLtHiEr". Use a unique and simple nickname, no numbers, crazy spelling or puncuation! If your nickname does contain any of the unacceptable characters, your application will be deleted.
Please have your trading post set up before joining. If it is not set up when I receive your application, it will be deleted and you will have to resend it. the rules : freebies & games
Here's how they work when you first join. You may not take any freebies that are before the date you've joined. If I set the freebies up on 11/07 and you joined on 11/08, you will have to wait until the next round of freebies. Games you can start playing as soon as you are taken off of the pending list. However, do not play them before you are put at level one.
Do NOTNOTNOTNOTNOT direct link any of the prizes (or anything else at that!!!) from Ivalice. Upload them to your own server!! the rules : other stuff
Do NOT direct link. Yes, this is important enough to put twice. Also, do not cheat! This includes refreshing games, playing games more then once before the update time, taking extra cards, not taking down the cards you traded, etc. If you do you will be warned the first time and them deleted from Ivalice. Cheating makes the game no fun for the members, so please don't!
Keep your member information up to date! Let us know if you're moving or changing your email address. Please let us know if you are going on hiatus, also. You wouldn't want to be on our inactive list because you didn't let us know.
Please let us know if you decide to retire from Ivalice. That way we can distribute your cards among the members.
